These terms of service outline the wash club agreement for All Seasons Express Car Wash at the time of purchase.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions for purchases made at All Seasons Express Car Wash.

Monthly Unlimited Wash Cub:

1. All Seasons Express Car Wash Club Membership allows a once per day tunnel wash for each registered vehicle per month, renewed monthly from date of activation (Anniversary Date), weather permitting.

2. Membership is activated/purchased with a credit card. By enrolling in membership, I agree that the credit card provided will be charged automatically on the first day of club program activation (Anniversary Day), until membership is cancelled or terminated. Monthly charging as follows: $19.99/tax per month for Wash-N-Go, $24.99/tax for Wash-N-Wheels $34.99/tax per month for Shine-N- Polish or $39.99/tax per month for The Works Club.

3. To cancel membership, customer request in writing must be received through online website cancellation form or in person with cancellation form at car wash. All Seasons Express Car Wash must receive notice 5 days before your anniversary billing date. Cancellation is completed immediately upon notice of cancellation. No refund or credit is given for any unused portion of a membership due to early cancellation.

4. Participation requires installation of an RFID tag inside of registered vehicle’s front window. RFID MUST BE INSTALLED ON-SITE WITHIN 24 HOURS to maximize the membership benefits, as the anniversary date is not modified. Only one vehicle is eligible for membership per RFID tag, and RFID tag is not to be removed or tampered once it affixed to vehicle. If an RFID tag is tampered with, or the membership is used in any way inconsistent with the terms and conditions, the membership will be terminated, no refunds.

5. If the registered vehicle’s RFID tag becomes damaged, a change in membership vehicle is made or windshield is replaced, a replacement RFID tag will be issued. There is a $5 charge for replacement RFID tag.

6. If All Seasons Express Car Wash is unable to charge a credit card for any reason, the customer’s membership will be de-activated until credit card information is updated by customer.

7. All Seasons Express Car Wash reserves the right to cancel, amend or change the Wash Club Membership Program at its discretion. In the event pricing, terms and conditions change, the new information will be posted on the All Seasons Express Car Wash web site and at car wash. Price changes will be applied after 30 day notice to existing Wash Club customers, to allow for any membership modification or cancellation.

Monthly 5 Club Membership:

1. All Seasons Express Car Wash 5 Club Membership allows for up to 5 tunnel washes for each registered vehicle per month, renewed monthly from date of activation (Anniversary Date), weather permitting. Unused washes are NOT rolled over to the next month and up to 5 tunnel washes can be redeemed on renewal each month.

2. Membership is activated/purchased with a credit card. By enrolling in membership, I agree that the credit card provided will be charged automatically on the first day of club program activation (Anniversary Day), until membership is cancelled or terminated. Monthly charging per vehicle is as follows: $15/tax per month for Wash-N-Go, $19/tax for Wash-N-Wheels $23/tax per month for Shine-N-Polish or $27/tax per month for The Works 5 Club.
